Just curious of anyone known what is the purposes of the Remove apps and users? It is one of the apps that used up alot of my phone storage and I think it slows down my phone. I mean my Samsung phone storage is not even over 100Gb which the base sold for around 200ish?

Its not using data or storage, its a historical record of internet data used by uninstalled apps and has nothing to do with your currently used storage. Removed apps and users is a catch-all grouping for any apps that have been removed from your phone. So if you installed two apps and they used 2gb and 4gb of internet data, and then you uninstalled them, removed apps and users will show 6gb of data used. It has no effect on your phones performance.
