Google Messages not giving a vibration from notifications

Since I switched to Google messaging. Do anyone knows why?. When I miss a text message it dont vibrate like samsung messaging use to.

I understand how frustrating that is—missing messages because your phone doesn’t vibrate can be a big change from Samsung Messages.
When using Google Messages, you may need to adjust a few settings:
Messages app > Profile icon > Messages settings > Notifications > Incoming messages

Turn Vibrate ON
Set to High priority

Open the affected conversation:

Tap 3 dots > Details
Make sure it’s not set to Silent

Go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Notifications

Ensure notifications are allowed

Check Settings > Sounds and vibration

Make sure vibration is enabled

@gmangman here are few more things to try

Toggle notifications off/on
Settings > Apps > Messages > Notifications

Clear cache
Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage > Clear cache

Check Do Not Disturb
Make sure it’s off or Messages is allowed

Update Google Messages (Play Store)

If vibration still isn’t working, this may be device/software-specific. Feel free to share your device model and we’ll take a closer look.

Still nothing I think since Google Messenger isn't integrated with Samsung. That feature isn't compatible. I think Google wirh have to update there app for it to work. My missed phone calls vibrate just not the message. I did what u said .
