Hello, I need help. My father passed away and I can't get into his phone. He had it on biometrics AND Google lock. I know someone can get me in it.....

Sorry for your loss . Unless you know the email addresses and the passwords associated with both the Samsung account and the Google Gmail account, you will never, let me repeat that, never get into that phone. There is no hack or magic wand available to bypass those locks.

Then how do they resale them?

Phones sold on secondary markets, such as refurb devices, have been factory reset and all accounts/locks have been properly removed using the original owner's credentials.

Forcing a reset without first unlocking the device will activate the FRP lock. FRP locked devices require the previously associated Google credentials to be entered. Otherwise, the device is essentially bricked.

Not true...if you know how to bypass the frp which is tricky by using a laptop or computer...they have programs that can remove the old account and bypass the frp. So sorry but you are wrong!

What you are describing is NOT an official method, is potentially unethical, and carries significant risk to the device.

Most importantly, what you suggest would require erasing the OP's device, fully and irreversibly preventing them from accessing their late father's data, photos, etc.
