I have been having issues the past month receiving otp codes with my banking/credit cards/job login apps, and any other apps sending these codes. I've called Samsung and Tmobile and they ran diagnostic checks but found no technical malfunctions. I did all of the tips and tricks I saw on Google and YouTube but none have fixed the problem. I do still get the codes, but not until 30-60 min later, but by that time the code gas expired.
I understand how annoying and frustrating this is. Can you confirm a few bit of information, so I can better assist with this? What type of device you are using? Are you using the Samsung or Google Messages app? Have you checked that the device is up-to-date? What software version are you currently running?

Hello. I am currently using a Zold4 and a newly purchased Zfold7, both of which I am using Tmobile service. They are both not receiving otp codes. I tried switching between Google and Samsung msgs and still no fix.
I had the same issue when I upgraded from a Galaxy A23 to my current device Galaxy S25 FE about a month ago. The Google Play System had a newer version on the A23 than the S25 FE. After about a day or two,I received the current version on my S25 FE and cured the OTP. I use Google Messenger.
