Fold & Flip PhonesThe representative said I could have emailed the video of the phone's condition (Even though nowhere did it say that I had that option and I didn't know until I called), I told her I could send the video now but she said I am not allowed to enroll in Samsung care plus again for 30 days.
So even though it's not my fault and their system wasn't working properly I'm not allowed to register my phone for now. Makes me worry a bit how the actual customer service / coverage will be if I do ever get someone to help.
