I bought my S25 Ultra just a few days ago, while Samsung was promising a free 6 month trial of Google AI Pro. When I tried to redeem that offer, I got a vague error message. (Something like, "There was a problem. Try again later.") It seems Samsung discontinued that offer and are pretending they never offered it at all. Customer support first promises to fix it, transfers me, ignores me, says it's Google's problem, asks if the offer was spelled out on my receipt (as if that ever happens), and are generally refusing to honor the deal. After about 20 years of buying only Samsung phones, I no longer trust Samsung and will never buy from them again.
The *legal* definition of bait and switch is to advertise a specific product for super cheap and then when the consumer goes to buy it, they are conveniently out of stock and then get you to buy something considerably more expensive. That's not what happened here. If the offer was showing an expiration date, unless there was a banner saying "offer extended" - guess what? - the offer was not extended. If the promo item made the difference between buying or not buying, one should call to clarify before buying; not buy and complain afterward.
I got Samsung z trifold from Samsung website on 10th April, in the bill ,it's is clearly showed that it comes with many subscription, one of them is gemini advanced 6 months free subscription, but there is not any way to redeem it even though, not in gemini app nor on Samsung members app, although I used new email and new Samsung account also new phone no. But not any kind of pop up or any this coming up. If someone know please reply..
