I just received my ZF5 and wanted to have vertical scrolling in the app list, similar to how i have it configured on my S23U. I was surprised to find that in the Good Lock-Home Up-Home Screen settings, there are less settings available on the ZF5 than on the S23U, including no option to change apptray to list style.
The question is why?

Due to the nature of the Z Flip's design, certain elements of the UI need to be structured differently than with traditional bar-style phones. As such, app options and behavior may differ across devices. If you want to request that this feature be added to Home Up for the Z Flip 5, kindly head to the Support tab of the Members app and submit this as an Error report. This way, the Good Lock/Home Up devs will be able to see it, respond, and may even consider including it in a future update should enough individuals request it.

Regardless of the response, the submissions do head to the correct department (Good Lock/Home Up). Did you mention you were submitting a feature request in your error report?

I'm not sure that makes any sense- what was said above here about there being different requirements in the app tray scrolling on the fold 5, or other fold phones. When I go to add an app to a folder, through the folder itself, by hitting the plus symbol, it immediately goes to the vertical-scrolling app tray, exactly what it should be doing with the normal app tray. So where exactly is the problem making the app tray scrollable vertically? It's nonsense to suggest anything other than intentional refusal to allow it for some unknown reason. Because it is already there for adding apps through folders, just not when you go directly to the app tray. It is also nonsense that people posting here in the Samsung members section, getting attention from Samsung Navigators or specialists or whoever, should also need to then go post a request in the home up app. They obviously know it's something people want because they put it in and taking it out more than once. And finally it really feels dismissive to then go do what the gentleman above did, only to get a robotic reply with a bunch of nonsense about not being able to determine the problem etc. It doesn't feel like anybody's being listened to so Samsung has some stepping up to do considering the price of these phones, even the S-Class are not cheap. They really should not treat their customers this way. It should be easy to bring them great ideas and point out improvements they could make.
