It is time for Samsung to ditch the awful 3x camera and improve the main to handle anything under 5x for portrait shots. They also need to get rid of camera set up in its current form and go horizontal if they plan to finally add magnets to the phone. It is impossible to find accessories that don't block the telephoto lens. I have made a mockup of what I would like to see on the 27U without the 3x camera. Three lens, a flash and a ToF sensor incorporated in a island. The dark matte red would be amazing BTW!

I use MagSafe daily on my S26U, its fine. Your use case may not be a big enough excuse for samsung to make such a change, in which they already stated that the % of users who use MagSafe cases is too frequent to make the changes to their device. Magsafe, simply isn't as big a priority to everyone as much as the few might want it.

I also utilize magnetic cases, though not for charging purposes, but rather for accessories. Samsung has historically not incorporated magnets into their phones, which means their assumptions lack a foundational basis. There are not many companies that produce accessories designed to accommodate the camera array on Samsung phones. This leaves Samsung customers with a rather limited selection of the different types of accessories on the market for different use cases.

Personally, I think a horizontal camera array is more practical in general for picture taking, regardless of accessories used.  If it has to be positioned on one side of the phone, I'm partial to the old, square design of the S10.
