CAN'T ACCESS VM!!!

HI EVERYONE, 

After T-Mobile completely **bleep** up my phone with their take over, I no longer have access to my voice mail messages. My password no longer works. 

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT THEIR BS APPS READING MY MESSAGES. Those are all turned off. 

I simply just want access to my voice mail messages, the old fashioned way, if you will. 

My phone is a Galaxy 23 Ultra. 

I GREATLY WELCOME SUGGESTIONS ANYONE MAY HAVE.
