I understand that you're trying to access your device but do not know the current screen lock password. If that's the case, the device can only be reset if you know the account credentials associated with it. You will need access to the email address registered on the device so you can receive any required verification or password reset information.
If you know the account email address and can access that email account, you can proceed with a factory reset and then sign in again using those credentials during setup.
However, if you do not know the account information or do not have access to the registered email account, there is unfortunately no way to bypass the current screen lock or regain access to the device without the password. This security measure is designed to protect the device and the information stored on it.
