I feel like lineage OS should ask Samsung to see if they could get the codes so that they can update the Irish scanner and intelligence scanner for the Samsung Galaxy note 9 and S9 plus because I have been using my Note 9 for 7 years and I love this phone! I would like to update it to the newer version Software but I have noticed when I have updated my S9 plus with Lineage update It doesn't support the irs or intelligence scanner I love this feature on my note 9 All agree ???
I feel like lineage OS should get the codes from Samsung and all that to be able to let intelligence scan an Irish scanner work because I use this phone and those features All the time I have used this a daily driver since I got it almost 7 years now and it still works good even though it is out of updates but if I am going to own this phone and keep using it a daily driver even though Sampson doesn't want to do their job and update and put out updates for old phones that people like to hold on to I think they should Give lineage0S updates And also give them the codes so I can have my Irish scanner because that's the reason when I would actually update my Samsung note 9 And also keep updating my note9 Because it's not fair that I paid a $1000 literally I paid a 1000 plus tax
Don't get me wrong here but some apps stop getting updates based on android version which is determined by Google as for Samsung own apps, I'm not sure how they determine the length of time but get idea after so long apps will stop being supported
Yeah that sucks because I want to keep updating and using my device for as long lenige0S keep allowing us to install new updats i haven't cared for the newer version of Samsung phones never will something about the note 9 and 8 are awesome
