Changing Photo Album Cover

Did the option to change Samsung Gallery photo album covers get removed? I can't find it anywhere!

You can press and hold the album >> tap 3 dots "More" >> change cover image.

Or inside the album >> tap 3dots >> Album settings >> Change cover image

So weird, that's exactly how I had set them up a long time ago and some of them had disappeared. So thats exactly what I've been doing for a while now to try to set up again and that option was never there until just now.
