None of my music is playing WHY??? Switch from 9+ to S21 Ultra 5G. NOT LIKING THIS!!!

WHY music transferred fine, press play, says invalid format. Go study, says ACCEPTS wma files, so WHY NO music.

HATE GETTING NEW PHONE ALWAYS TAKE AWAY GOOD STUFF, NEVER GIVE BACK IN RETURN.

which music format? if you have WMA files, samsung music is not supporting WMA format anymore.

Verizon Rep installed VLC, but unfortunately it won't show album covers, nor can I use music as a ringtone clip.

YouTube music won't play either.
I deleted them all as they came over from S 9+ and re uploaded them from my desktop,

NO app I tried last night and today will bring over covers nor use as ringtone.
Default ringtones on this phone socks like rotten eggs.

I miss having Gospel as my alarm clock and Janet Jackson New Agenda as phone call ringtone . .

these tunes I'm not familiar with, I actually ignore them thinking it's something on the TV, if I'm in another room.
until I come in room and see missed call.

i just downloaded "WMA Music Player" off the Google Play store, and my wmas are playing fine. it rolls to the next song in the album just fine now. playlists came over too.

VLC was loaded by Verizon tech for me said he used to use.

But I lost all cover art

They are SO WRONG for not supporting their own app.
I don't want to go through YTMUSIC to find EVERYTHING I already have on my phone , kinda dumb

I have the SAME problems like MANY others with WMA music. Samsung is not supporting my music. SO WHAT DO I DO NOW????
