Can I always keep my phone on power saving mode?

I hope you're doing well.

Power Saving mode can be found in your devices battery option.

To get to this first Swipe down on your notification shade> and tap on the Gear icon to the top right.> this takes you to your Settings menu> next scroll down to "Battery and device care"> Next tap on "Battery"> and last tap on "Power saving"

You can toggle this on and off and you can control what happens in the background when you need the phone's basic functions. It won't necessarily save your Battery much if you're still using apps because they will still need CPU power to run. But when you don't need them, you CAN toggle on limiting apps that run in the background.

One of my family members has it on all the time because her battery is degraded and can't hold a charge well. All it does is turn off the aod. Limit CPU to 70% and forces your phone screen to 60hz.
