Unable to clear my Bluetooth cache

I cannot clear my Bluetooth cache, I have issue with the galaxy bud pro 2 when the phone is in my pocket the sound starts skipping, this is also an issue with other earbuds. 

I have tried clearing the cache in recovery mode and still does not work.

Have you attempted the Repair apps options in Recovery Mode also? This reindexes all apps and sometimes fixes Bluetooth related problems. If that doesn't work, you can also try Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. Mind you, this will clear all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have reestablish them afterward.

Oh alright! Have you tried resetting the Buds through the Galaxy Wearables app?

Yes, I did reset the buds.

Thanks for confirming all this. It sounds like you've tried most troubleshooting steps related to Bluetooth. Does this sound skipping occur on calls and all apps as well?

This seems odd. Would you happen to be close to a Samsung authorized service center, like uBreakiFix, that you could pop into for them to check this out for you? Usually the diagnostics/evaluations are free. I honestly can't think of another steps to try, but someone else might.
