Galaxy S22
Ok so just 2-3 weeks ago, my phone when restarting decided to bootloop twice and then boots normally.
Mind me, I haven't updated to either One UI 8 or 8.5; am still stuck on the April 2025 patch for one ui 7
The thing is a S906U/XAA which indicates it has a CSC mismatch
I don't really wanna repair it but I guess I might as well buy a S23 or S24 if nobody wants to repair it
But before I give up are there any ways I can fix this besides wiping cache or odin 3b since it doesn't recognize my device before it bootloops pernamently
I am blocked from updates entirely since samsungs servers cannot recognize my device
It is a snapdragon model of the s22+ was originally a U model which means its locked to a carriee but didn't get flashed properly with unlocked firmware so it claims its a factory unlocked (XAA/XAA,XAA/XAA).
Hope one of you can figure this out.

It is my understanding since the February security patch the ability to enter download mode to DIY flashing firmware has been removed. You now need to go to a Samsung authorized service center to perform the flashing.

You still need to go to a Samsung authorized service center to have them flash the proper software so that your can update you phone.
The next phone you buy from a 3rd party retailer ask if it is U1 not U.
