One UI version 8.0 update.

This update really messed up my phone; it's been a nightmare (frozen screen, phone restarts by itself, I've been missing phone calls due to glitches and couldn't answer).

You can do better SAMSUNG! But lately, your updates and services have been really disappointing.

According to this info, my phone is up to date with the garbage update UI 8.0.

Hmm the ui 8 would of been from months ago maybe it's June update

I really hope so, but from what I've been reading, the UI 8.5 is trash too, so I don't know if it's gonna meet my expectations or if I'm gonna have to move forward and swap to Apple.

In settings at bottom tap about phone than tap software information at the bottom will show your last monthly update

Sorry you’re dealing with that. After a major One UI update, a possible fix is wiping the cache partition from recovery mode and updating all Samsung/Google apps from the Galaxy Store and Play Store. If the phone is freezing and missing calls, also check for a smaller follow-up patch, because this sounds like a stability bug rather than normal update behavior.
