Galaxy S22Can SAMSUNG seriously invest in customer satisfaction and actually fix the problems these recent updates are causing? I mean, keeping us happy is your only job so we don't switch to someone else.

Galaxy S22Millions and millions of people got the upgrade. As with any upgrade a statistical handful of people have issues. These issues are usually because of third party apps that may be interfering or some setting or configuration on the user's part. You have an older phone, with years of use and downloaded apps. Any update has to potential to cause errors under those conditions.
- First of all, Samsung is not going to fix anything that is not reported via submission of an error report and device logs with a detailed explanation of the problem.
- Second, if a problem is not officially reported (reddit and Samsung forums don't count), the issue doesn't officially exist.
- Third, if you ever posted about your issue in the public forum, you may have gotten suggestions from other users on how to fix your issues.
So, have you ever put in an error report to the Samsung engineers?
