I got this phone almost 2 years ago and for the past 2-3 days it keeps randomly restarting and lately it's been getting more unusable before it took a few hours to restart again and now it barely lasts a few minutes. Anyone have the same problem and resolve it?

Yeah I had a software update a few days before my phone started crashing. Could be due to that maybe? Not sure. I deleted some apps I recently downloaded as well as a full factory reset. Doesn't seem to help so maybe a software update will patch it

A week is a software but at least I won't be busy. It's a little embaressing for samsung if thr issue is rampant and important people had saumsung phones

Think it's a matter of finding the issue or cause than fixing it the logs submitted should help
