Snapchat notification missing

After the one ui 7 update I stopped getting Snapchat notification on my lockscreen. I went into my settings and they were enabled. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

This and can't find the brightness for my AOD. Not a fan so far lol

I called support, and they had me reset all my settings, and it brought them back. I'm still not sure what magical settings were breaking my notification. But it works most of the time now.

Reset how? I don't have the strength... 😂

Factory reset all the settings on my phone. It took me an hour or so, switching everything back.

Oh ya lol, I didn't even notice that disappointed rip samsung, always removing random features. There might be something in good lock that will help you with that

No good lock doesn't show the aod clock. It says it is the settings area for it but i see no dimmer which for an insomniac is very important and also important to not have that giant blaring clock on my home screen. Bad enough I had to have the same color but at least I had 2 clocks and I COULD SEE IT! It's so dim i didn't see this notification until I picked up my phone 😭

Ya the new AOD is hella dim now that does suck. Go into lock star and turn off auto brightness unless even that is too dim

Yes I finally found it thanks! I do not want the same clock on AOD and lock though. Ughhh awful

I'm pretty sure you can change that by tapping on the clock in that menu. I had an annoying bug in AOD. The clock would never be center, and it would shift from side to side, but it seemed to have stopped.
