Which device are you using?

 

Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Perform a restart on the device.

2. Check for software updates on the device and on the Samsung Health app.

3. Clear Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear cache.
