Visual Voicemail Crashing

My visual voicemail app keeps crashing. And when it doesn't crash, it keeps prompting me to allow phone permission but I already have it on. And then it crashes.

Nah, that's an app issue. Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode, clearing the cache, and then running the repair apps option? Your phone will restart after. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!

I'm also having a problem with my visual vm since the last update. In order to get any new vm, I have to refresh my vm then they will show up.
