Galaxy S23( here are some ideas )
First, try factory resetting.
( Path: Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset. )
If you dont want to lose data, try entering safe mode to see if a third party app is causing the problem. ( Turn off the phone.Press and hold Power + Volume Down.When the Samsung logo appears, release Power but keep holding Volume Down until "Safe mode" appears in the corner. ) If the steps below dont work, try this: Download and install Samsung Smart Switch on a computer.Connect the phone
to the computer via USB cable.If an update or "Software Update and Initialization" option appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the official firmware
If these steps below dont work, you should vist an authorized Samsung Service Center as the message suggests.
