I have a new phone and both my Samsung Cloud and Notes app are set to sync but my notes have not synced and it has been a few days now. I clicked on Restore Data but Notes is not an option, only Contacts, Messages, Call Logs, Calendar, Clock, Settings, Home Screen and Apps.

Hello @Evee22, Thank you for reaching out to Community. To sync notes on a Galaxy S23, open the Samsung Notes app, tap the menu, then the Settings gear icon, and turn on Sync with Samsung Cloud. Ensure you are signed in to the same Samsung account across devices. For real-time sync, you can also select Sync to Microsoft OneNote.
1. Samsung Cloud Sync: Inside the Samsung Notes app, tap the menu (three horizontal lines), select the Settings icon, and toggle on Sync with Samsung Cloud.
2. Verify Account: Ensure the S23 and your other devices are signed into the same Samsung account.
3. Manual Sync: If auto-sync fails, go to the same settings menu and select "Sync now" to manually update your notes.
4. Data Settings: Ensure Allow background data usage is enabled for Samsung Notes in your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Samsung Notes > Mobile Data).
I hope these steps help to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your help, but it has not resolved the issue. Is there anything else I can do? Otherwise I'll have to accept that I have lost those backup notes. I have had this new phone for about 3 weeks now and still unable to get the notes restored.
