Please help me out because I'm genuinely losing my mind. Switching from s21 fe to s23 fe. I smart switched the phones but there's some photos which are just gray and corrupted. I think they're all whatsapp ones.
How do I fix this? I just want them all to be working again.
I also have all the photos saved on my pc but that process is extremely slow and it'll duplicate the pictures I already have on my phone because I can't just select pictures which are corrupted and copy pasting all will do this.
I had a WhatsApp backup but they're only chats not media. So if I load that backup onto the old phone which still has all the photos, will it sync if I take a backup again with media on and then caan I transfer the data through WhatsApp or do I have to do something else?
Please just tell me a way to fix this
