Galaxy S23Hello, I am a new s23 user. I just completed my installation.
But I encounter problems such as pixelation and excessive darkness in Whatsapp front camera. There is no such thing in the main camera application, but when taking photos from whatsapp, the image is excessively pixelated. How can we solve it? It seems like an API problem, but I didn't know. Is there any news about this?
Will it be fixed?
I just got the phone. It's very annoying.
I don't know if it is api support or something else. But it is very sad that such problems still persist 3 months after the phone came out, especially in such a simple application.

Galaxy S23Hello Teccno, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of poor quality from the camera within an app. There are some steps that may help.
First, make sure your camera lens is clean and scratch free.
Restart Whatsapp.
Check for updates.
Clear cache and data for the app.
Check your network connection.
Restart your phone.
Un-install and re-install Whatsapp.
As this is only happening with the Whatsapp app, if the steps do not help, we recommend reaching out to Whatsapp for additional assistance.
