Hi @Minner and thank you for reaching out! I see that you are having keyboard issues, and would like to assist you. You said the keyboard isn't working on your messaging app nor any other apps; have you tried putting the phone in safe mode to see if it'll work then? Have you tried @-CROW-'s suggestion of clearing the cache for the keyboard? What keyboard are you using; a third party keyboard or the Samsung keyboard?
