While viewing a photo in my Samsung S24 gallery I tapped the Bixby Vision Icon at the top to copy some text in the photo. A message popped up at the bottom saying "You need to update Bixby Vision to continue."
2 options at the bottom, Cancel or Continue, I pressed continue, Took me to the galaxy store, only option was to press open, I pressed open it Took me back to the "you need to update page," I pressed continue, went back to the open page, kept going back and forth.
I went to the preference page, now cleared the cache, cleared the data, top right 3 dot sub menu uninstall updates, then restarted the phone went to galaxy store and updated Bixby. Kept doing the same thing. Repeated the process 3 time with same result.
Next Step get to the power off button, press and hold until the "Start In Safe Mode Pops Up " Press it, after you start up in safe mode go to 1 phone settings, 2 apps, 3 below Samsung apps and settings, printed lightly it says your apps, to the right of that a 3 line sub menu press, press show system apps, now search for Bixby, 4 came up, Bixby, Bixby Vision, Bixby Vision Framework, Bixby Routines.
Follow Procedure Above, Clear Cache, data and uninstall updates for each Bixby while in safe mode, power off phone wait a minute then restart phone, go back to galaxy store and update all.
