Is the S24 Call Screening feature from OneUI 8.5 missing the option to screen "suspected spam and scam calls" only?

Galaxy S24Hello @KennyG357, thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community with your concerns about the call screening options, and specifically suspected spam and scam calls. On the Galaxy S24 the option of screening suspected spam and scam calls in not missing with the One UI 8.5 update. To set this feature open up the native Phone App, tap the more options icon which would be the 3 vertical dots, then select settings, then call screening, turn on Auto screen calls, and select suspected spam and scam calls. Please feel free to let us know if this helped.

Galaxy S24Hello @SamsungModerator1 ,
I have an S24 with version 8.5 and the call screening menu option does not exist.
I have tried your suggested solution but it is of no help.
See below screenshots of the menu you say to go to. Call screening is completely missing. I have tried searching settings but have not found it.
Please help.

Galaxy S24Hi @Kelly814 and welcome to the community! Out of curiosity, who is your phone carrier? I would also suggest checking out your Bixby settings and turning on the Bixby Text Call option.
Please let me know if this helps!

Galaxy S24Hello @SamsungModerator1
I am using one.nz who is Vodafone just rebranded. Others on s26 have it who are using one.nz.
The screen popped up the other day briefly and I managed to slide it to on but then it just immediately flashed up checking for updates and when that was finished it just repeated the same thing and the setting was not turned on. It also still does not appear in the menu. It is clearly a samsung bug as I have had my employer turn their firewall off and it still isn't there.
Call screening is in wide use in this country across all phone carriers.
Please fix it as i want to use that feature and can't break my contract for at least another 1-2 years.

Galaxy S24Hi @Kelly814 and thank you for that information! Out of curiosity, are you located within the US? If you're located outside the US, you will need to reach out to your country of origin for further assistance. Please use the following link to locate Samsung in your area: https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/
