My galaxy s24 ultra is saying that active armor is no eligible for my device i had this on my phone before why is it not allowing it this time

It's an app from AT&T in the Google Play Store

Active Armor is an AT&T app. You can get it based off the service plan you have with AT&T. Call them and ask
