I've been with Samsung for years, since the Galaxy Note 2, and every year since then, I have upgraded. I'm currently on the S24 and find it hard to believe there is a phone that does more or allows you to do more than this phone. In my 13-plus years or so with Samsung, I've collected quite a huge Samsung line up at my home, some better than others, but the thing that has never let me down about Samsung is their customer service! They have sat with me on the phone trying to get problems solved for over an hour one time. I feel like they are really trying their best and honestly that's all anyone of us can ask for in customer service, no one likes to have to contact customer service. I don't care who you are. When you get to that point, you are at the point where you've had it; you can't do this on your own. So it's nice to know there is a team that helps you get by. No I'm not an affiliate, I don't work for Samsung, I'm kind of just a huge fan!!
O.M.G, I wouldn't want that job in a million years. Almost everyone they talk to has a big problem, and half of them solely blame Samsung. No thank you lol
You are right. I started with Samsung for these last 24 years. When they started Android, I started with them and remained to date. I have used iPhones too, and on both phones and customer relations, Samsung is the king.
