I recently upgraded my phone to One UI 9, but I can't get past the setup screen because it keeps showing an "Access denied" error.

Galaxy S24Disconnect your phone from the internet completely. Ideally, turn off your Wi-Fi router and remove the SIM card so that your phone has no way of connecting to the internet.
Then restart your phone. It should return to normal. After that, reinsert the SIM card, turn the internet back on, and update the Good Lock app.
In my case, this app was actually responsible for putting my phone into a boot loop, preventing it from getting past the startup screen. After updating the app, everything went back to normal.

Galaxy S24Same here.
@halo55 is correct, restart the device and when the new UI screen appears, select "Go to Home Screen" (or something like that).

Galaxy S24You need to brake connection to the Internet - launcher will skip connection to servers, will finish the wizard - and device will work as usual.
