How do I get the Gmail emails to fit to the screen?

How do I stop my emails in Gmail from looking zoomed in and not fit to screen?

Open Gmail App
Click the 3 Bars (Upper Left)
Go into Settings
General Settings
Make sure Auto-fit messages is toggled on
