Not getting updates

Hi guys I need help I am not getting updates at all I am stil on, one UI 6.1

Andriod version 14

Anyone know what I can do to get updates?

What is the model code of your device? Does it end in a U1 or just U?

Can you take a screenshot of the software page your are currently running and post it here?

To get to the software page, go to settings about phone software. I can't diagnose your device until I see that page. I also need to know who your carrier is and where did you purchase your phone.

Your phone is not a factory unlocked model, it ends in a U not U1. If you look where is says carrier software, it says Verizon. You are on AT&T, that is why you aren't getting any updates. You need to either find someone who is on Verizon and borrow a SIM card from them to get updates, or you need to go to an Authorized Samsung service center to have them flash the software to your phone.

When you bought your phone on Amazon it was probably a unscrupulous 3rd party vender selling it as Unlocked.
