Hey, I have a question and need some guidance. Why does the S24 revert back to a state like when I first got the phone? If there's someone who can explain it to me, I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance

You'll have to be more specific. Your phone reverted to an initial state in what way? Do you mean you had a spontaneous factory reset?

Yes the accounts such as email, websites sign ex. And the phone is becomes less than the last update. Im not sure why the phone is becoming dumb after all the updates for the past year. I don't know how else to explain it. I do know that I have had weird random texts on the device. Eitherway I appreciate any insights. I don't want to factory reset the device but I'm afraid I may have to.

Are all of your settings and phone password resetting as well? Or is it strictly just not remembering passwords for websites?

If your asking about a factory reset that will get the ohine back to original settings than you will need to get apps and monthly updates
