Hello everyone. I'm a new owner of a used Galaxy 24 Ultra. Though everything is mostly great so far, I noticed I couldn't couldn't take screenshots with the swipe option. I turned off the double tap to open and don't have a screen protector yet...
Using the diagnostics to within Members, it only passes if I physically touch the screen during the test.
Using *#0*#, I found that having the sensor On had similar results but turning it Off worked great (see photos), unless I'm not understanding what I'm looking at, it seems the logic is backwards. When the sensor is On, no values change and the screen stays white. Off, the screen turns green at an expected distance. Am I missing something or is there a way to adjust the sensitivity?
