Just wanting to know if anybody else is having this problem and possibly a solution. I use Sound Assistant on GoodLock to control my audio, when switching from bluethoot connection to phone audio from the volume/media menu (Sound Assistant sound bar menu, not the notification media output control), my phone crashes and locks out.

Galaxy S24Hey, xBezalelx, we appreciate you sharing your concern with the community. I'm sure some other community members will have some input on this inquiry. I can think of a few things to try that may help with this matter.
1) Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? You should be able to uninstall the Sound Assistant app from Good Lock and then reinstall it from the Galaxy Store. I heard that have helpped some users.
2) Next, I would recommend clearing the app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Sound Assistant > Storage and tap Clear Cache to ensure no temporary files are causing additional instability.
3) Check for Updates: Frequently check the Galaxy Store for updates to both Good Lock and the Sound Assistant module, as the fix will be delivered through an app update rather than a full system update.
4) If you still have this issue, we always use our customers' feedback as a vital source for fixing the problem. I would suggest submitting an error report. Go to the Samsung Members App (Get Help > Send Feedback) so this specific concern can be looked at.
