Knox Matrix draining battery and overheating the phone

Knox Matrix is draining the battery and overheating the phone. Impossible to work that way. I hope that Samsung publish an update soon to fix this. I'm concerned that the battery can start expanding or leaking because it is to hot and i need to keep the phone charging to go thru my work shift. Really bad situation...

I kept seeing everything point back to Know Matrix, so I force stopped it, uninstalled updates, and turned off auto update. Unfortunately, I can't completely delete it, and in fact, I can only find it as an app on my S24+ through the galaxy store.... talk about shady!! Anyway, today it's seemed back to normal, but since I'd done battery saver, optimizations, etc all first, I haven't reset any of that back to normal. So maybe Knox Matrix was it, or it's the 25 different things I did all combined. 🤷 ♀️

I found the issue on my phone if you go into Apps you'll see Mobile Services crashing over and over. I cleared cache and data, but it still crashed. I went to the Galaxy Store and did all the updates and it stopped crash looping. Hope this helps. 🙏 Edit: Never mind, still crash looping Mobile Services. Edit2: I fixed it on my phone by going to Apps -> Mobile Services -> ... top right menu -> Uninstall Updates. Totally understand you. I lost it after visiting the Samsung Care Center. They had no idea what to do, but they give me a way, and we fixed it together 🙏

Did the latest update this morning. My s24 ultra is super hot and battery drains about 20% an hour with 0 usage. Even on super fast charge cord, its staying at 4% even tho it says itll be fully charged in 1 hr 40 mins

I have this problem while running Google messages. You cannot change the settings for battery optimization in this app. Samsung took away their native messaging app, now we are **bleep**, any other decent text app doesn't work with my galaxy watch. Complete shady move by Samsung. S26 Ultra
