Hi there Honeydipped,

Thanks for reaching out. I definitely understand how annoying this can be. Since you already mentioned that you have performed a reset in settings and a phone reset.

Have you attempted to test your phone in safe mode? Doing this step, disables all third-party apps from running in the background that could be causing the Do Not Disturb feature to randomly turn off.

Boot in Safe Mode:

1. Press and hold the Side/Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously.
2. When the "Power off" icon appears, touch and hold it until the "Safe mode" prompt appears.
3. Tap Safe mode to restart your device.
4. Once restarted, "Safe mode" will appear in the lower-left or right corner of the screen.

In this mode, try to test your Do Not Disturb to see if it's still turning off randomly. If the symptoms do not occur, uninstall the most recent downloaded apps.

If you are still experiencing the same symptoms in Safe Mode, then a factory reset is recommended. Make sure you fully back up your device before doing this step.

Let me know if this helps!
