Galaxy S25I think the baby pic is the OPs wallpaper. The message is an overlay. I think he needs to know how to dismiss that message without hitting the OK button, which will likely mess up his phone.

Galaxy S25"New Hire program support"? Doesn't even sound like a real thing, and what would it have to do with a phone being with someone other than a registered user? All the clues that scream FAKE! are there.

Galaxy S25If that is a popup or overlay on your screen, do not tap the "OK" button, it's likely a trigger. Reboot your phone into safe mode and run a scan from the security and privacy settings. Worst case scenario if it won't go away is to factory reset your phone. If it came in your email, delete the email and block the domain or email address it came from.
