Does anyone else's fingerprint not seem to work since the last update? My fingerprint sensor will work randomly and then most times doesnt. I tried re-registering it but nope, doesnt get past the 20%. I dont have a screen protector on and it isn't scratched on the sensor area. I have the s25 ultra

well, you're kinda out of options unless you want to get a new device 💔 maybe find some free time to drive over or wait until it resolves on its own. i unfortunately don't know what else could help 😭

I give Samsung smart tutor people 10 to 15 minutes. If they can't figure out how to fix whatever problem I have. I thank them. I hang up, wait 5 minutes and called. And get another tech person usually they're able to fix or find out what to do.
They can see your screen. They can adjust items, or you can ask them to tell you what to do.When they see what needs to be done.

If your finger is extremely dry, the sensor has a hard time reading your print. Lick your finger and then try.

Might should try clearing app cache to samsung pass and settings

Also restarting your phone might help

Sometimes if your finger is too dry it won't work. I get my finger wet, dry it off, then it works! It's a hack I found thru Google I think? Doesn't matter, it works
