Hi everyone, I'm on the UI 8.5 beta for my Galaxy S25 Ultra, but I withdrew from the program a while ago. My last update was in February, and now I can't seem to get the official stable version. Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried Smart Switch, but the emergency software recovery button is greyed out. Can someone help me
Hi, don't worry, you're not the only one, the same thing happens to me too. Samsung support is garbage and doesn't give any answers, and supposedly because it's a beta version we should have had the stable version before it came out, and apparently I never did received the famous email with the stable version
I withdrew from the One UI 8.5 Beta program back in February, so my Galaxy S25 Ultra is still on that February build. Since I'm no longer in the beta, I haven't received any updates since then. Now that the official stable One UI 8.5 is rolling out to everyone, will my phone eventually see the stable update in the regular software settings, or am I stuck because I'm on an old beta build? I tried Smart Switch, but the 'Emergency Software Recovery' is greyed out. Do I just need to wait for the rollout to reach my device?
