Galaxy S25Not only is this not a Samsung issue, you inserted your question into an unrelated thread, but because you are new here, I will answer you.
You have to contact Spectrum to discontinue your service. AT&T cannot do it for you, you have to do it yourself. You actually should have disconnected your spectrum before connecting to AT&T. In any case, just call Spectrum and tell them you would like to discontinue service. They may give you a bit of a runaround and connect you with a retention specialist, but be firm and tell them you already have another provider. You can even tell them you are moving and the new place has a required Internet provider - they won't check. Also, make sure that if you have your Spectrum bill on auto-pay, you discontinue auto pay in your spectrum account and disconnect it from any payment method, so they won't keep taking money from your CC or your bank.

Galaxy S25The notification categories is not a "secret" menu item - it may be a little hidden if you don't know a) that it exists and b) where to look for it. The notification category toggle has been live since OneUI7.0. Prior to that they were just there in the notification settings. No one knows why they changed it, but they did. You did not state whether this happened after an update or this is just a new phone for you. It is not unheard of for sounds to get jumbled and lost after an update. Although it should not happen, sometimes it does.
Yes, you have to go into each individual app and choose the categories you want notifications from and the sound for each of the categories. The default for apps with an app provided sound should already be populated. Not all apps have more than one category - they just have a general notifications category. It is not necessary to go into all categories for all apps, only for the ones where you want the notification sound to be different than your default notification sound. If you have an app not showing "app provided sound" as the sound for the notifications (such as Facebook), go into that app and clear the data. The app provided sound should return. You can also use an app such as Zedge to find the app's sound (or a sound similar) and download it as a custom sound for that app.
