Perplexity.ai pro subscription

So I purchased my S25 ultra plus and i've learned and have used the pro version of perplexity.ai, pro version, and it says that I get a year subscription of pro for free...on the phone as well on windows.

 When I go on the computer and used it today it has told me that I have to upgrade my plan... and on my phone, it doesn't say, pro plan anymore.... it has only been 4 to. 5 months... 

Has anyone else had these issues?..and what to do about it?

I got something saying I had to enter a payment method to keep using it and that it wouldn't be charged until my current sub ended

Got it last year, one year free. Just ended. Rarely used it, definitely wouldn't pay for it.

I just got a message saying my deep search has expired but I'm supposed to be on a pro account until October.
It appears that it's having a meltdown or something

I have the same issue...and supposed to have pro till October!..i have signed out..loged back in..Nothing...i can't get a hold of anyone. Can someone point me in the right direction.
