AI select is terrible. It is clunky, generally creates a square/rectangular picture with no free form or circular options (the drawing just reverts to a square most often) and the text highlight has functionality, but when I'm trying to edit it usually just tries to rampantly grab text.
The text grab is pretty useful in some rare cases but is better reserved for your gallery. AI select has made no meaningful upgrades while generally making the functionality of quick select slow and unintuitive.
