Anyone having camera Issues on their S 25 plus when you make calls

Well my mother has the s 25 plus and she says her in the front when I call her on Video it's a blank black screen

Is your selfie camera woring?

In permissions for Meets is camera granted access?

I see myself on my screen but i don't see my mother on her screen and she's the one with the s 25 plus

@Brandan ask her next time if their outgoing video is enabled during calls so the other person can see them too. The camera icon will be red with a strike-through (IIRC) or show an icon with a slash though it, which would mean that player is not enabled. Clicking on that icon should enable it. If a green dot is seen on the top right and the video is enable, are they blocking the camera lens somehow, or accidentally tapped the "Switch camera" which would the  use the rear camera? One more is ask her if those things have been checked, if they get a camera error popup.

The mini screen up top is me and the big A is my mother she tried everything the internet said and she even went to Verizon and they said that they could help fix it either so now she has to talk to Samsung support or something like that about her s25 plus 1777227794642.jpg
