S25+ Security Scan concerns

I have a Samsung s25+,  I need someone that can explain some settings to me...  I always have extra apps appear on my device,  when I did a security scan said it was scanning 6,000 items on my device.  Auto blocker is not on but on scan when is shows app running, always appears here.... I always have over 230 running apps

Those are system components. Running apps are not just what's in your app drawer.

I have a galaxy 25 ulta. Yesterday my phone stopped letting me scroll up/down and my apps were all scattered not alphabetized. It's a mess . I read if I press the three dots next to search i will find the option to alphabetize. No its not in my phone. Can anyone help. Thank you

To address your issue, tap the 3 dots and select "sort." You will see an alphabetical option.

Just my 2 cents the security scan will be scanning more than just apps
