The last 3 software updates on my S25 Ultra forget Do-Not_Disturb Exceptions.  I have had to reenter contacts whose calls should go through when Do Not Disturb is on every time there is a Firmware updated for the past 3 or 4 updates.

You are right, 100's would not be significant compared to the amount sold. No, I have not see any that have been solved...

While I appreciate the workaround, you are correct again, I want it to work. Set it and forget it. I can't remember to take out the trash weekly without a reminder. There's no way I will remember to turn it on/off daily...

Finally, the issue I really have is the fact that Samsung does not have a better log capture. If they did, this could be resolved much easier then sending it in to them. I actually used ChatGPT to help me capture these logs using Android Studio and wireless debugging, which is saved to my desktop. The issue is, it works as long as I'm home, but when I leave, the connection is dropped. I then have to start the 15-20 min process over again to get it reconnected and restart the capture process. The few days of trying this I did not have the DND issue, then would forget to set it up again.

I really hope it happens to you so that you can see how frustrating it is!

As, I said, the mode can be triggered automatically, you have to configure it for what circumstance: at a certain location, connected to a certain wi-fi network, at a certain time/time period (i.e. sunset to sunrise every day).  You can set multiple triggers. Then you set it and forget it.  It will trigger and turn off according to the parameters you set. If you use sleep mode, it already has DND included, but if you want it automatic, you will have to set your sleeping hours.  You will also have to go into that instance of dnd and allow your exceptions, because the default dnd in sleep mode is to block everything (so you can sleep undisturbed). This is actually how I discovered that each instance of dnd is separate.

You can put in an error report. You can send automatic error reports, but it appears to be for critical errors. Long press the Members app icon .  When the mini menu appears, tap on the small, circled "i" on the upper right to get to the app settings. Tap on "Samsung Members Settings" and then tap "Automatic error reports".   Or tap the dot menu on the home screen of the Members app.

When you send an error report manually through the feedback area, the logs are automatically collected when you start the report, the box should be pre-checked to send the log,  but if not, you should check it. You can also add a shortcut to error reports on the home screen, which really isn't needed unless you are frequently sending reports.

I keep trying to make changes to which apps can send notifications during DND. It will not even let me scroll to apps and then it freezes. This only started happening after the update.
