UI Update codec Issue in Capcut

This Samsung S25ultra was purchased specifically for content creation marketing products. I utilize capcut video editing software that I pay for every month. Before the latest update, I had no issues using all the features in the software. Now, I am unable to speed up the videos or voiceovers without it sounding like I'm in a tunnel. I need this fixed immediately. I have the latest updates. Cache is clear. The phone is not bogged down with too many videos. I am recording using the phones camera and software. The video sounds fine on the phone. It doesn't matter if im using a moano microphone or not. Apparently it is a codec issue between this phone and capcut after the last update. like I said before, this was not an issue before the update. This phone has been an absolute nightmare trying to utilize it for tiktok and now capcut. I need this glitch fixed.

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Check for updates to that app. If none of that is an workable, the company behind the application is responsible for their service operating on devices by keeping them up to date. Since that is a paid subscription service, they should back their services as they more than likely understand the underlying issues being experienced. Call/email their support team on this issues.
