The stable update of One UI 8.5 came out officially a few days ago and I still do not receive it on my S25 Ultra

This is the last update I could do and it was in the Beta program.

Updates from beta to stable can take a while. Users who never ran the beta tend to get stable releases first. It will eventually come to you.

The One UI 8.5 beta program has ended. However, depending on your carrier, the stable update should be available on your device.
